These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website, purchasing artworks and courses, and protecting intellectual property rights.

§2. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website, phone or e-mail and include all applicable taxes.

Orders can be placed through the website 24/7.

Payments are processed via secure third-party systems (e.g. PayPal, Przelewy24).

After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation by email.

A digital or paper invoice is issued for each purchase (individual or business invoice upon request).

§3. Shipping and Delivery

Physical artworks are shipped both within Poland and internationally.

The standard order processing time is 5–14 business days, depending on the type of artwork.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shown before order confirmation.

Digital products (such as online courses) are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.

§4. Returns and Complaints

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (physical items only).

The right to withdraw does not apply to digital products once access has been granted.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

§5. Copyright and Licensing

All artworks and materials available on the website (including images, illustrations, and course content) are protected under copyright law.

Purchasing a work does not transfer any copyright or usage rights.

The Customer acquires the physical item (or digital copy) for personal use only.

Copyright transfer or licensing for commercial use must be agreed upon in a separate, written contract.
